hyra.ax gathers everything for rent on Åland in one place: flats, houses, rooms, premises, parking, storage and cottages for long-term rent.
There are around 4,000 rental homes on Åland, but only a fraction is visible online on any given day. Vacancies are scattered across agents, landlords, municipalities and private people, and many are allocated through queues. hyra.ax gathers what is published and shows which landlords have queues, so it is easier to find something to rent.
We collect vacancies from public websites, such as agents, landlords and municipalities. Every listing shows its source and links to the original ad. Landlords can also advertise for free directly on hyra.ax.
Collection uses the user agent hyra.ax-bot, follows robots.txt and makes at most one request per second to each website. If you want us to stop collecting from your site, or a listing removed, contact us.
When a listing disappears from its source we keep the last advertised rent and how long it was listed. This makes it possible to show advertised rents over time next to ÅSUB's rent statistics, which measure existing contracts every second year.
